On Sunday, the Patriots defeated the Broncos 10-7 in Denver. The conditions were rough and the game was very ugly, but the Patriots will return to the Super Bowl for the first time in 7 years. While the offensive line for the Pats was not at its best, they were still able to end the game victorious. This season the Patriots made history becoming the first team to ever go 9-0 on the road.
The team defied the odds, going from 4-13 two years in a row to winning 14 regular season games and now appearing in the Super Bowl. Their opponents, the Seahawks, have been dominant this season with an incredible defense and a physical running game that takes other teams out of the game. This will be a tough matchup for the Patriots and many have already counted them out, but they have defied the odds all year.

The Patriots come into the game hot defensively, allowing less than 10 points in 2 of their 3 postseason matchups. Some are worried that 23 year old Drake Maye will not be able to handle the spotlight and the offense will sputter out. The Patriots must prove that they can score against one of the best defenses in the league. They have played top 5 defenses in all 3 of their playoff games, but they have struggled on the offensive side of the ball.
