Our girls varsity basketball team had a great season this year. We worked hard everyday in practice and pushed each other to improve. In the middle of the season we had a little bit of a setback, it helped us learn how to grow and work through adversity. Instead of giving up, we kept working and supporting each other, which helped us make it all the way to the Final four. During the playoffs we played some really strong teams, which made it so much more exciting and competitive. One of the best things about our program is how close everyone is. We all care about each other, and it feels like one big family. Winning games is always exciting, but it makes it even better when you’re doing it with your best friends. By the end of the season we were all like sisters, and that bond is what made this season so special. We’re also going to miss our three seniors so much because they were such important leaders on our team. We’re proud of how far we came this year and we’re super excited for next season!
